The Need for Bifocal Safety Glasses

Most people begin to notice the effects of presbyopia — the normal loss of focusing ability that occurs with age — sometime after age 40. Since many of today’s older workforce must transition between near and distant tasks, that means there’s a significant need for Bifocal Safety Glasses.

Benefits of Bifocal Safety Glasses

Almost every major safety eyewear brand carries at least one style of bifocal safety glasses, which is great news for workers and employers alike. With such a broad selection of styles and price ranges, there’s a good fit for every need.

Benefits of Bifocal Safety Glasses include:

  • Eliminating the need to constantly swap eyewear or to wear over-prescription safety eyewear.
  • Providing a huge cost savings compared to prescription safety glasses.
  • Being easy to replace if lost or broken.
  • Coming in many styles, lens colors, and sizes to choose from.
  • Meeting or exceeding ANSI Z87.1-2015 safety standards.
  • Being versatile since tinted versions can be worn as casual sunglasses.

Style choices abound for receiving these benefits too. Like the Crossfire ES5, many of our Bifocal Safety Glasses come in a variety of modern styles and lens colors.

I am a law enforcement officer. I had LASIK surgery a couple of years ago, however, I still need bifocals.

I found your internet web site shortly after the LASIK surgery, and purchased the “Cheater” brand safety glasses in clear and smoke for myself.

After receiving them I am very pleased with them. I ended up purchasing other officers the same brand at various strengths.

They are ideal for police work. Non-distorted view, perfect bifocals, style, and of course their safety value is without question.
